Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the following factors:

Chops Restaurant Supply packages its products in the fewest boxes possible and selects the least expensive carrier, unless otherwise specified. Plans for unloading at the final destination should be pre-arranged. Please note that liftgate and/or inside delivery services may incur additional charges.

Expedited Shipping

Upon Arrival

Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect your shipment for any shortages or damages. Make sure to note the nature and extent of any shortage or damage on the freight bill. If you notice damage after the delivery driver has left, save the damaged shipping box(es) and packaging, and contact us at one of our offices:

Do not return damaged items without a return authorization number, as they cannot be accepted without this authorization.

Please remember that the carrier who delivers your merchandise is ultimately responsible for any loss or damage. By accepting the shipment, you acknowledge that the delivered items are in satisfactory condition.

Returns

30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus any applicable freight costs for returning the items to the warehouse. Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
